Privacy Policy
We collect only the minimum information needed to respond to enquiries and to compile visit statistics, and once the purpose has been fulfilled, we tidy it up in line with the retention periods. This English version is provided for reference only; the Korean version is the official, legally binding text.
Information collected
Name, email, and message are required; company name and area of interest are optional.
Purpose of use
The information you provide is used only to confirm your enquiry, coordinate meetings, and reply with service information.
Retention period
Enquiry information is retained for 12 months for response record-keeping, then deleted.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) uses browser cookies and measures visits and enquiry flows anonymously only if you have separately given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time in Privacy settings. The server visit log described below does not use cookies and is recorded independently of this consent.
Server visit log: what we record and why
When you visit a public page, our server records your visit without using cookies. The log contains the address of the page you visited (anything after the question mark in the address is not stored), the time of the visit, the language, traffic source information (the UTM source, medium and campaign values attached to the link or, without UTM, a source and medium classified from the previous site's domain or ad-click markers; cleaned so that only permitted characters are kept), the domain of the site you were on immediately before (not the full address), the raw user agent (UA) string sent by your browser (which may include device and browser information), and whether the visit was automated, such as by a search robot, and if so its name. We do not store your original IP address. Visitors are distinguished only by a pseudonymous identifier, generated from the IP address and UA, that changes every day. The purpose is visit statistics. This log is recorded at the time of your visit without a consent step, and there is no setting for visitors to turn it off. Because no cookies are used, it is unrelated to Privacy settings.
Server visit log: retention and storage location
The server visit log is retained for 180 days and then deleted. Within it, the raw UA string is deleted first, after 30 days. The log is stored in a database operated by Supabase, Inc. (United States), and the server is located in the Tokyo region, Japan.
