Why do site prices vary?

Why do website quotes differ so much between providers?

A site quote is not determined by page count alone. Features and integrations, content readiness, operations and security scope, and code and account ownership conditions all change the work. The public prices below are a starting point for comparison; the final scope is confirmed in a meeting.

The ₩40K/month Managed Platform fee applies whenever you use a monthly service.

Site operations, CDN, backups, and security

Managed Platform

If you use any monthly service, your site runs on this infrastructure.

What we do: We manage the full foundation your site runs on. We optimise delivery so it loads quickly anywhere in the world (CDN) and automatically back up your data. If an outage occurs or the site breaks, we fix it, and we keep applying security updates. If your site has an admin page, that page runs here too.
What we do not do: We do not publish content for you. If publishing it yourself feels burdensome, choose Maintenance. If you do not use any monthly service, this fee is not charged either.

Content edits and additions

Maintenance

AI writes the draft; once you approve it, it goes live.

What we do: Send a chat request and we will revise copy and images or add content. AI writes the first draft. Once you approve it, we apply it right away. Chat requests are unlimited, with around 10 publications per month as a guide rather than a hard cap under our fair-use policy.
What we do not do: Layout or structural changes are handled separately as per-request work. New features such as payments, bookings, or memberships are quoted separately as setup work. If you are already running an admin page yourself, you usually will not need this — pick whichever suits you, doing it yourself or handing it off.

Google and Naver search

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

We continuously track Google rankings and manage Naver on an ongoing basis.

What we do: For Google, we continuously track search rankings and carry out content and technical optimisation, focusing on local and industry keywords. For Naver, we manage Search Advisor on an ongoing basis and prepare two blog-post drafts each month. Publishing follows your approval.
What we do not do: We do not guarantee a particular ranking or visibility. We focus on long-tail keywords rather than broad, highly competitive terms.

AI recommendation tracking

GEO (AI Search Optimisation) - Basic

We check every day whether ChatGPT recommends your business.

What we do: Every day, we measure whether AI services such as ChatGPT mention your business in their recommendations. We test 10 questions on one engine and compile the results into a weekly report. When we find weaknesses, we improve the site's content and structure. We also check which competitors are recommended instead and which sources the AI cites.
What we do not do: We do not guarantee visibility. We assess weekly trends rather than reacting to daily fluctuations.

Expanded AI recommendation tracking

GEO (AI Search Optimisation) - Plus

We look more closely across three engines and twenty questions.

What we do: We expand measurement to 20 questions across three engines. Improvements and competitor comparisons are the same as in Basic.
What we do not do: As with Basic, we do not guarantee visibility. We make assessments weekly.

Ad channel management

Ads Optimisation

We follow every ad through to a booking or enquiry.

Monthly performance report included

What we do: We connect your active ad channels, including Naver Powerlink, Place Ads, and Google. We track performance through to bookings and enquiries. Within rules agreed in advance, we adjust budgets and bids and deliver a monthly recommendation report. The price is the same regardless of the number of channels.
What we do not do: We do not pay your advertising costs. Ad spend is charged directly to the advertiser's account. We do not act outside the agreed rules; we present those changes as recommendations instead.

AI Chatbot Operations

Your chatbot answers common questions around the clock, including nights and weekends.

Monthly performance report included

What we do: We operate the support chatbot embedded in your site. Each month, we review real enquiries, improve its answers, and add newly recurring questions. Enquiries it cannot answer are handed off naturally to phone and contact forms.
What we do not do: Up to 2,000 chatbot answers are included each month. We let you know before you approach the limit and agree how to handle any additional volume.

When needed, we create a page or reorganise your menu.

What we do: We redesign sections, create new pages, or reorganise menus.
What we do not do: This is not a subscription item. New features such as payments, bookings, or memberships are quoted separately as setup work.

Common notes

There is no fixed contract term.
Subscription items can be added or cancelled monthly.
Prices exclude VAT.
The 30% beta discount applies only to the setup fee — it does not apply to monthly subscriptions.
If you choose no items at all, your monthly cost is ₩0.

Initial setup

If you need a new site or a full refresh, we start with the build. It includes design, page structure, integrations, and foundational search setup.

Payment is split 50% at project start and 50% at completion.

Sites that do not use any monthly service are delivered to hosting under your own name. Setup is included, and there is no further monthly cost to us afterwards.
